My 4 Week Experience in UITM Diploma Animasi (UED102 E-Portfolio)
I have learned a lot during the first 4 weeks of me learning in UiTM Diploma Animation through online classes, I have learned and understood many things about character designing, figure drawing, the principles of design, color, and a little bit about the history of art and animation.
FFA112 - Illustration of Animation
During the first week of our FFA112 class or Illustration of Animation, we got our first assignment. We had to brainstorm and create 3 original characters, with each one, we had to draw a minimum of 20 designs, meaning we had to draw at least 60 characters! The next week, Sir Azhar would pick a couple of said designs and we had to draw variations of that designs too, different clothes, hair and so on but if he didn't like any of your designs, he will have you draw more! Using the picked designs we then had to create character turnarounds and lineups.

FFA114 - Animation History
In this class, I learnt a lot about the history of animation and how it originated. I also learnt about the eras of animation from the silent era which are silent animated films that are the predecessor of animated films today and the golden era of animation.

Overall, the 4 weeks of learning in UITM had gradually improved my understanding of art. I want to improve my art a lot more so that in the future, I can work in the animation industry and create some original works myself.
In the future, after I graduated from diploma, I wish to work in either the animation industry or video game industry. I might also do some freelancing work, create short animations on YouTube and create some original works and games myself. I still have a lot more to learn and experience to gain but I'm up for the challenges that awaits me.
